« Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! »

« Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. »

« Kayak için gittik. Otel gondolaya 500 m mesafede. Oteldenden gondolaya olan son servis 10:00 da kalkıyor. Banskodaki otellerin genelinde 12:00 kadar servis oluyor. Her seferinde gondolaya yürümek zorunda kaldık. Bu kadar kaliteli bir otelin bu durumu düşünmemesi çok saçma. Onun dışındaki hersey çok iyi. Ama bir daha kalmam. »
