« Very centrally located from all four direction in term of transportation, grand and spacious. Best in affordable with quality. The best part is breakfast place and breakfast itself. Value for money. I booked for one night with booking .com at cheaper price but stayed at higher price on second night. Since response from booking .com is slow to booked another night »

However I had a room near the lift which are quite noisy and I had asked my room to be changed but unfortunately my request was not processed in due time and I got busy with my meetings and no one got back to me. Also the buffet is nice, but it lacks of innovation as every evening it used to be more or less the same food. »

« We stayed at Casaya for one night to visit Lucknow. Nothing special about the hotel. Quite worn out for the price we paid. I did enjoy the breakfast because of the great service. I won't be staying again simply because of the state and the high prices for what we got. »

« The hotel has 2 wings. We stayed in the main part of the hotel. The wings are used for wedding's etc. The hotel was decent enough and had nearly everything a hotel provides. The fine dining restaurant is a must if you are staying at the Golden Blossom. »
