Thanksgiving stay

My husband and I came down to Little Rock to celebrate Thanksgiving with our daughter and boyfriend. The house was perfect for what we needed. My husband commented on the exceptional cleanliness of the house. It is tastefully decorated creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. We appreciated the roomy kitchen and dining room, for making meals and gathering together. I'd stayed there on a previous trip to LR so was very glad to see it was available. I would highly recommend it.

Great Place to Stay

A friend and I stayed here for the weekend for a short girl's trip. The location was great, easy to get to places of interest nearby. The house itself was beautiful and clean. Comfortable beds. Cute neighborhood. Highly recommend this place

Great visit.

House was great. Just around the corner from a great coffee/bakery/breakfast spot. Kitchen worked great for hosting our daughter and her husband for dinner. My only issue was there was not enough lighting in the living room as the overhead light didn’t seem to work. Note to manager the bolts on the dining room chair need to be tightened and the vinyl covering the corner cabinet to the left of the sink is beginning to peel off. Will definitely try to book this unit on our next visit to Little Rock. By far the best one we have stayed in there

Quick trip into Little Rock

House is great and as described. Comfy bed and pillows. Hairdryer needs replaced bc it’s ancient and sounds like it’s on its last leg. Otherwise wonderful trip and would stay again.

I came to LR to spend time with my daughter over the weekend. I found the house spotless and pleasantly decorated with a cozy feel. Comfortable beds, convenient appliances, sweet house! I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent stay

We came here for work and were here for 2 weeks. We loved our stay. The home was perfect for us and close to everything. Host was responsive and even refunded an additional charge for cleaning when we extended our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Little Cottage! Great location!

Check in was super easy, and it was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, great decor, comfy beds, and just perfect for a couple. Highly recommend this listing.

LR business stay

The house is a really cute cottage that has been updated. It has comfortable beds, furniture and fully equipped kitchen. It is surrounded by transitional homes. The one next door is pretty unkempt and the street is difficult to navigate with all the street parking. We had some issues with some areas of the house that were not cleaned well upon check-in. The property manager was hard to reach and we told him the TV remote needed to be replaced. He told us he would deliver one that day-never did that. The property owner apologized and gave us a night off our rental. I think that will be fixed for future renters.

Excellent home and location

A modern remodel of a vintage home. Very clean and comfortable. Fine dining, river walks, bicycle riding and shopping couldn't have been more convenient. Aside from a few minor hiccups - the TV remote didn't function properly, a little mold in the bathtub and dishes left in the dishwasher at our arrival - we give this property a 5-Star rating.
