Belle retraite au bord du lac de Lewisville

Charme abordable, vue pittoresque, confort intérieur entouré d'une crique privée pour toutes les occasions (mariage, fête d'anniversaire, réunion, escapade, vous l'appelez!). Construit par un vacancier pour les vacanciers. Nous aimons absolument cette maison de campagne, nous avons donc mis notre sueur et nos larmes pour en faire une escapade parfaite! Cette belle maison au bord du lac est située en plein cœur de Little Elm, TX. Venez profiter de votre propre oasis de tranquillité et de solitude et regardez le lever et le coucher du soleil et profitez de votre propre plage!

A Great Time

We do a yearly guys trip and this year we decided to stay at this house on Lake Lewisville. The place was exactly what we needed and were looking for. We spent about 95% of the time on the shore fishing which was right outside the back gate. This was a good spot for bass and catfish. The pool table was a good getaway from all the fish we were catching. Playing a few rounds while firing up the grill for steaks. I recommend this place and Terri was a great host. Have fun!!!

We were here for a sailing regatta at Dallas Corinthian Yacht Club. This house location was very convenient and a short drive to the Club on Lewisville Lake.

Family weekend getaway Little Elm On the Lake

The lakehouse for my family was everything! Kids had more than enough to keep them busy.. the Nats are very very much at home due to the lake.. if not use to them scared of bugs it’s gonna be a problem 😃 this home did offer all necessities needed and my family would definitely Stay again!

This is my family's second time staying in this home and both times their stay has been great. The house is big enough to accommodate a large group comfortably with unmatched lake views. We had the privilege of experiencing the solar eclipse from the back deck which will definitely be a favorite family memory. They have already started talking about their next stay here!

Weekend Getaway & Baby Shower

This property was perfect for the atmosphere that we wanted for a little weekend getaway and perfect for the baby shower that I hosted there as well. We went with a Baby-Q theme and the country feel fit right in. Didn't realize just how much space this place provides. The pictures do not do it justice.

Great lakefront location

The owner is a great communicator and very responsive. The lakefront lot is gorgeous and the decks and outdoor spaces are fantastic. The best part of this house are the amazing views. The house is rustic. It's old and needs some TLC. And I think that's reflected in the price. It would be a great place for a bunch of fishing buddies. The A/C really struggled in August - even with evaporative coolers in every room.

UNT grad week

We came with our family to celebrate our daughters college graduation. It was wonderful to have a retreat where we could relax and enjoy time outside! We rented a boat and had an amazing day on the lake, enjoyed time on kayak, chilling on deck and hiking on nearby trails. House was great! They were super responsive to questions. There are basic cooking tools, basic kitchen, but no serving things when we had a few friends over to celebrate grad - but lots of stores nearby - dollartree hooked us up. We hope to come back!! Loved it!

Prom Weekend Getaway

This was a beautiful, and peaceful property for our post prom weekend with teenagers and chaperones. Lots of room for outdoor games, kayaking, swimming, and lounging. Two full size decks, and plenty of room inside the house for meals, games and sleeping arrangements. We definitely recommend for events or get aways with family and friends. We will definitely stay at Terri's properties again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Family Fishing Getaway

Six guys from my family shared this property for 3 days for our annual fishing trip. The house is conveniently located near all the stores and services we might need. But it is also on a large lot with plenty of privacy from neighboring houses. I was able to beach my pontoon boat at the property so I didn't have to load and unload with the trailer every day. We like to cook our own meals and could have used a few more mixing bowls and a couple of sauce pans but we managed just fine. There were plenty of beds for our group. The two rear garage door openers didn't work but we just released the drive chains and opened/closed them manually which was pretty easily done. Having the big deck area in the back yard was nice. Our overall experience was pleasant and we will probably consider staying there again for our fishing getaway next year.

What a beautiful property. Everyone in our family enjoyed our weekend. There was plenty of room to run around for the kids, and the patio/deck was perfect for the adults’ morning coffees and evening drinks. View and access to the lake was perfect; my husband and kiddos were able to do some fishing. I also appreciated that the light switches were labeled so it avoided any guesswork of which switch turned on/off what light 😃Overall, a wonderful weekend. Thank you!

Great lake view with a lot of privacy

My husband and I stayed a few nights and enjoyed the large deck, plethora of outdoor seating options, and large fenced yard for our dog. The master bedroom didn't cool enough for sleeping but I suppose that's normal for late July in Texas and there was another bedroom that worked so not a big deal for us. We didn't need anything from the host while we were there but had confidence she would respond quickly if we did. We plan to be back when it's not so hot out so we can enjoy this little get away again!

Perfect for relxation

My husband and I and our adult children and my brother and sister in law all stayed at the “ranch” as we referred to it. It was a very nice property with plenty of room for everyone and a BEAUTIFUL deck with tons of seating!! We came from Alaska, so sitting on a deck in the warm sunlight looking over the lake was simply lovely. With a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening , this is where we spent The majority of our time. I believe all of Our meals we enjoyed outside. The house was very accommodating for a large group and quite comfy. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and private!! I definitely would rent again.

Great location, key elements missing, safety concerns

Pros: the location is fantastic. Great view of the lake, quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and parks. We had a great time playing with the kids in the backyard and paddling around the lake in the provided kayak. Terri was very responsive. The price was great for two families on a budget. Cons: first and foremost, the house was missing a number of required smoke detectors. The kitchen and three of the bedrooms didn’t have smoke detectors entirely (but there were spaces where they should have been). The fourth bedroom’s smoke detector didn’t work. Second, parts of the place felt run down or in the midst of a remodel. But that may come with the territory when you combine a great location at a good price. A bit inconvenient to have no place to hang a towel in the hall bathroom though. Finally, a minor inconvenience: I typically expect properties that advertise gas grills to provide the propane. That’s been my experience in the past. Found out that wasn’t the case right when we were starting to cook dinner. The tank was empty and—despite it not being mentioned—we were expected to provide gas. There was a bag of charcoal in the garage, but at that point it was too late. Not a big deal, but a minor annoyance that could’ve been avoided with more clarity up front. All in all, we enjoyed our stay! We did a lot of cooking, loved the view of the lake, and enjoyed the convenience of everything in Little Elm being so close by.

Fantastic Views and relaxing stay

Terri's property right on the lake was a perfect spot to get away from the city. The neighborhood was quiet and being able to get out on the lake in the early mornings in the canoe with my son to do a little bit of fishing was relaxing. There was plenty of room for my family to move around the property both inside and out. Terri was a very responsive host, though everything on the property is self-explanatory. We ate all of our meals at the house so we did quite a lot of cooking. The one small suggestion that I would have is to improve the quality and quantity of the kitchen pots/pans and utensils, though its understandable that nice things can get abused in a rental property. Overall, it was a fantastic get away that was easy to access from the city. Thanks, Terri, for hosting my family.
