« Overall, we were happy with our stay. We were there in the winter, so we didn't get to enjoy the lake. The house was great as a launch point between Boston and the mountains.The house is literally on the lake. Water touches the lake side of the house. « It is an entire house, so a good amount of space. Brand new remodel (we were there in Jan 2025). The kitchen/family room is great for meals and hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful. The photos show how nice. There is even a deck out back. We had 8 adult family members and could have easily fit a few more. And only 1 mile to downtown Manchester. »

« We had fantastic stay at this home in Derry, New Hampshire. We stayed in December and the house was super warm and cozy. They even had a pellet fireplace so we felt cozy next to that as well. There are multiple bedrooms upstairs and they were all cozy and comfortable with lots of storage closets and dressers.
