L'appartement est très bien placé et bien pensé: pas de place perdue, rénovation faite avec goût, cuisine et salle de bain bien équipées, linge propre. Il s'agit d'un rez de chaussée. 1 seule fenêtre pour aérer, peut être chaud en plein été ? 2 bémols: odeur forte d'humidité et bruit: la porte d'entrée est très mal isolée et il y a un restaurant juste à côté. Nous avions l'impression...

« It is a lovely place for a family to stay with comfortable rooms and all possible things that you might need around the house . We were very pleased with kitchen set up . The owner was very easily reachable and very helpful to any of our needs . The area has quite few small shops around , not that many restaurants , but location is only 10-15 min away from the center so it was not a big problem . In overall it was a great pleasant experience »

« Quiet area, free parking around, close to public transport. Everything you need inside. Small issues with ant infestation and smell in the house - probably because of the old furniture. »

« We loved this apartment! Very large, stylish and was even better than the pictures. We liked the surrounding area. It was quiet, felt very safe and had restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery nearby. My only caution... It includes parking in an underground garage. It is very, very tight. Only use it if you have a small car. There is a lot of street parking and lots nearby. »

« The location is decent and convenient enough. It is a short walk to the Arroios metro station and also nearby several grocery stores. We appreciated the layout & spaciousness of the apartment with the two bedrooms and bathrooms, and the laundry machine in-unit. The unit itself is as advertised from the photos, however it isn't within the cleanest property. Both the property and unit itself could use better cleaning attention. The unit is two flights up a narrow, dimly lit & dusty stairwell....

« This apartment was excellent. It was exactly as pictured. Very clean, spacious, and perfectly located. We are so happy we stayed here, and we were in Lisbon for a full two weeks. The kitchen and bathroom both looked recently renovated/updated. There were also video instructions available by QR code on how to use the stove, turn on the TV, unfold the couch, etc. Very thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again! »
