The studio is on the 4th floor (no lift), has 20 m2 and includes: - double bed (145 cm wide), a sofa, satellite TV and DVD player - a kitchenette with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer, washing machine and dishwasher - a bathroom with shower

This is a licensed local accommodation registered with Turismo de Portugal (25755 / AL).
House rules- no parties- no smoking inside- the apartment must be left in good condition- quiet time is from 11pm to 7am. Neighbors must be respected.
Check In and Check Out Check in time is after 4PM and check out by 11AM at the latest. Please note that check-in times are subject to prior confirmation. Upon availability, we are flexible with these times.

Cleaning and maintenance- each apartment is strictly cleaned and prepared for each arrival- for stays longer than seven days, we perform a mid-stay cleaning- the guest is obliged to respect and leave the apartment in good condition
Legislation Under the law, we are required to report their stay to the Immigration and Border Service (SEF), so all guests must present a passport or ID card upon arrival.
