Het huis was mooi en praktisch ingericht en uitermate schoon. En het tevens heel centraal gelegen; je kunt alle kanten op. 'Het appartement is excellent en de locatie aan sich ook. Je moet wel tegen wat straatgeluid kunnen ivm drukke weg aan de voorzijde. Wij zouden hier wel zo weer naar toe gaan.'
