'Overall it was a nice stay, we loved the view of the ocean and hearing the waves at night. However, there were a few noticeable issues. The biggest concern was the balcony banister that was no longer attached to the deck on the bottom. A toddler could grab hold of it or lean on it and fall right off the balcony, same for a small pet. Otherwise, beach access wouldn't be accessible to everyone. If you are disabled or out of shape, walking up the very steep hill will be very challanging. '
