« We had a wonderful week here! Close enough to downtown Redding for us to get to see our son play on the Colt 45s, but also right near the river walk, which was a great walk! Accommodations were nice and WiFi strong in the living room but not really in the bedroom. As my husband was working during the week, it was nice to have the little nook in the kitchen area. « My sister lives in this neighborhood, so it was a no-brainer that we would want to stay here. Very convenient to downtown Redding. The listing is not very clear as I didn't find out that the studio apartment (door A) is included in the overall price of the rental. PLEASE independently verify this, but it makes the price a little more reasonable for the space. The midcentury look is great, but the home also has older electrical outlets that made plugging in modern tech a little tricky. Kitchen...

« The property is beautiful and spotless! Well stocked and the pool area is fabulous! Inside is just lovely. We went to Whiskey Town Lake and Lake Shasta. Both are super close by. Quiet neighborhood. I met the next door neighbor and she is lovely! We will definitely come stay again! The host was super responsive, too! »

« This was the perfect place for our family of 4. The house was updated and very clean. New appliances, lots of clean towels, and plenty of soap and shampoo. Our daughter loved sleeping in the little closet nook! Our only complaints - we wish the downstairs bedroom had the same high quality bed and mattress that was in the upstairs bedroom and we couldn't find a full sized cutting board. »

« This property was very well furnished and had many nice amenities. The Master shower is SMALL so if you are a larger individual you may need to use the shared bathroom. No microwave but all other appliances were in great shape and well cared for. Back deck area is private and beautiful. Too cold to use the pool, but if we were here in Summer it would have been a welcome reprieve. Would absolutely use this house again. »
