« Facility is great. Most staff was amazing. Disappointed that we called morning of check in to see if we could check in early. We were assured the rooms would be ready at 1pm for us, so we started our 2 hour drive. Got there and the rooms weren’t done till 3pm. That was disappointing and hard on our 4 year old and 2 year old who were so excited to be there. Also disappointing that not everything in the pool is open on Mondays and Tuesdays. « Comfy bed and clean! Residence Inn’s are top of my list of places to stay. My only complaint is the maid service knocked on our door twice to see if we left yet. First time was around 8:30. We should have put the do not disturb sign on the door. »
