« We were visiting friends in town and just wanted somewhere to lay our heads. Beds were firm but not hard. In our room there were 3 different types of pillows on each bed. Very clean and updated. Easy check in and out Worked perfect for what we needed and the price was great as well »

« The self check-in process was a bit unclear. We were fortunate to see someone near the property who knew the owner. He called and was able to relay better info on how to access the room we'd reserved. When we entered the room across the hall had it's door ajar and the distinct aroma of marijuana was emitting from within. So a little disconcerting as Wis is not "legal" yet. The room we had was clean and well appointed for the most part. Certainly unique with many upgrades. It would be better...

« For this category of hotel it was really very nice. Everything in the room actually worked, and the hot water was almost instantaneous. Nothing like getting a good hot shower away from home. »

« Clean, rather Spartan setting. 2 ceiling pot lights & 2 wall light/outlet sconces in bedroom area limited reading & working options. 2 stacking chairs at the desk were not comfortable. Vinyl flooring. Bathroom lighted & vented as expected. Had to leave early so requested early Saturday breakfast: OK’d on check-in, coffee, yogurt, & place settings was all that was provided before we had to leave. »

« The property was in walking distance to a couple nice bars and restaranuts and pizza places. Sitting area in back of motel with fire pits to look over the water. Also the property has a bar and grill attached which was awesome. Noise does not travel into the hotel. The free breakfast had a very large selection of items from hot food to your cold cereal, fruit, muffins, etc... great all around. Oh and the rooms were oh so clean and comfy. »

« Love the cabin feel of the motel. Only thing I noticed was you could really hear everything going on in the neighboring room. Wakes must be very thin but there really isn’t much you can do with that now except a remodel. I would definitely stay again, place was great »

« This is a very nicely maintained hotel. Not everything was brand new, but everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and clean. The refrigerator, microwave and morning breakfast were appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located and had ample parking. It was a very comfortable stay and I would consider it a good value for the price. I would be happy to stay here again. »

« The person at the front desk was awesome. I had forgotten there is not an elevator to the second floor. My husband and I were arguing at the bottom of the stairwell about who was going to carry our 5 pieces of luggage. Since he is 91 I did not want him to carry them up and he did not want me to carry them. The young woman at the desk apparently overheard us and offered the last room on first floor, a handicapped room. That was perfect for us! Finally we had a room with adequate electrical...

« Nice, clean has everything you need for your stay. Kitchenette is nice if you dont want to go out, grills to use and a nice fire pit to enjoy the evening. Owner is a great guy even gave us some insider fishing information! Definitely will be back, hopefully with our whole family. »
