« Beautiful room and home, very clean!! Loved the amenities too. Amazing bathroom. Only issue was that the walls were very thin and we could hear everything other guests were doing. Since there are no TVs in the rooms, it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop at times. We felt like we had to whisper inside our room. Perfect for a quiet getaway but bring earplugs just in case there’s a snorer in the next room. »

« Absolutely loved this resort! It is aesthetically pleasing and the E.B. Morgan house had the antique charm, which I have fallen in love with. We couldn’t get any spa services this time because of time constraints but plan to re-visit and get a spa service sometime soon. We loved the 1833 dining experience, all the items were amazing. »

« Great hosts in an old farmhouse. Breakfast was served in a nearby cafe owened by the B&B. Easy walk to all attractions including the State Park »

« It appeared that the property was in the midst of serious room renovation. The sink, fixtures, bed and flooring appeared relatively new. The housekeeping however, left a lot to be desired. The AC and windowsills were very dirty. There was some trash under the bed. It worked for a 1 night stay, but not sure I'd return unless the cleanliness improved. »

« The room was older than expected, but very clean and had a cozy, homey feel to it. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the view of the lake resulted in a gorgeous sunrise. »
