'Nous avons choisi cette maison pour fêter la nouvelle année entre amis avec nos enfants. La maison est telle que sur les photos vaste et confortable. Elle est par ailleurs très bien située dans un quartier très calme près de la Charente et à proximité de Cognac et des zones commerciales. Le jardin qui donne sur un bosquet est très agréable et doit être encore plus joli en été. Toute la logistique s'est très bien passée de la contractualisation jusqu'au remboursement de la caution. 'Not sure where to start on how good this property is! Communication with Angelique was first class. She welcomed us and was always available if we had any questions. All of the rooms had comfy beds and nice ensures. The outside area is bliss in the evenings and the pool is great. We immediately booked again for next year!'
