« We had a wonderful visit at this tiny house on the lake. Beautiful views. The house itself was open and spacious. Ended up we had a few tag alongs and it easily accommodated 6 adults. We will be back again! PS: You can fish from the beach. »

« If you are dealing with the hustle of everyday life and need some time to kick your feet up, have coffee in the morning on the dock at the lake, sit by a campfire at night, wet a line, walk to the quaint little downtown area of Bemus Point for lunch, dinner, wine bar, brewery. This little gem fits the bill! Property owners are awesome! We will definitely be back. »

« Stayed here for the eclipse but got much more out of it. It was a nice quiet stay right on the lake which made for and enjoyable long weekend. Havinging th abilty to walk out, sit around a fire on a lake and fish was quite enjoyable. The tiny home was perfect for our needs and look forward to staying here again in the future. It was pet friendy yet lacked any animal hair which was a big concern as we had more than 1 person alerigic to dogs but had to bering out non shedding dog with us. Overall...

« The house is exactly as advertised. The house is very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well apppointed with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. Very nice amenties throughout. Neighborhood was quiet (although this was April and not peak lake season). The neighbors are great. Large yard. A bit soggy duet to rain and mud management was a constant. Jason was awesome - excellent communications and very prompt on replies. If we get back to Lakewood, we would stay...

« This is a cute little place in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the main route around Chautauqua Lake so convenient to all the area attractions. Owner is super accessible. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Chatauqua while staying at this quaint property. It’s very conveniently located to the Institution and Bemis Point. We used the dock with our Boat and the launch ramp was just a mile away. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again. »

« Very clean cute lil house, could use some more cook wear. And the top bunk isn’t a real mattress it’s sleeping on wood. Three of the girls swore the heard a child laughing multiple times through the night, me or the other girl heard anything, so don’t know if it’s haunted or they were hearing something else thinking it was that and freaking themselves out. But overall the house was very clean the hot tub is a nice touch! »

« We loved being able to sit out back and look at the lake. Lots of beds was nice but no screens upstairs to be able to open windows. With no A/C it got hot. There were towels in the washer. Didn’t know what to do with them so we washed, dried and folded them. Would’ve like to have known about the hard water before getting there. There are a lot of spiders and bugs because of the lake. Windows were covered in spiderwebs. »

« We had a wonderful stay. It's obvious that the house is designed thoughtfully. There are plenty of rentals that are obviously designed for photos and marketing, but the small touches really set this rental apart. The view is incredible, it's close to a local grocery, and you walk out onto a nice trail. We met the owners and they couldn't be more gracious hosts. Highly recommend. »
