Family Getaway
Brought our 3 adult sons for a quick family getaway, and we had a super time! Brad was extremely friendly and helpful, and both he and Jen were very responsive. Neighbors are friendly, and you can beat sitting outside watching the water and boats going by! Great location--easy to get to all the things we wanted to do. We used the boat and jet skis-little hiccup with one, but it did not kill our fun. Would totally come back!

Beautiful View. Shaded decks. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed watching the boats out on the water as well as the critters on the deck! Kitchen had everything we needed. There is plenty of space. Neighbors were friendly.

Wonderful Place in the Ozarks
We enjoyed our stay at your property. Very nice place! We loved having the boat right there, very convenient! Nice having all the floats, noodles as well right there at the dock! Only downside was the lift for boat was tricky with the remote trying to get at right level to get boat back on. The lake was extremely choppy with the wind and boat traffic as well. Busy time of year for sure!! But overall great place and location! Brad and Jennifer were very helpful hosts!

40th Anniversary
The cabin was as advertised, comfortable, warm and relaxing. We stayed on the opening weekend on Lake of the Ozarks. We sat on the deck, enjoyed the lake views and watched the boat traffic as it passed by. The owner was very helpful at check-in. He explained the boat lift operation and offered to help launch our boat. The day we checked in it was raining, and Brad apologized for the deck not being cleaner. I would recommend this vrbo getaway for anyone who enjoys lake life.

The property and view was beautiful. Jennifer and Brad were excellent host and very accommodating. Make sure that you rent the also rent the boat if you stay here, such a wonderful experience.

This place had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood. And beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great views. Main entrance/door to enter house opens directly into master bedroom- was windy an rainy on r visit, not good. No dishwasher in house as listed- glad brought disposable plates an silverware- what was provided needed cleaned (tableware). Coffee pot included needed cleaning b4 use. Nice house, unique setup, needed tweeks.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay and being on the lake was wonderful to wake up to. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening and watching the sun drop as well. Having the ability to rent the boat and jet ski and have it right there was very convenient and we did had a lot of fun with that.

Wonderful Birthday Weekend
Great weekend with six teens and two adults celebrating a 17th birthday. Updated, clean, well stocked house with room for everyone. Spent most of the day on the dock and in the lake - fishing and hanging out on the aqua mat.

We loved our stay! The boat rental was super convenient and the owners were really easy to work with. Quick boat trip to restaurants and some nice spots for tubing close by. The neighbors were very nice. Thanks for letting us stay!

Amazing property, amazing views, and overall great experience
This property was amazing in all aspects..... centrally located for stores, hiking, site seeing, all wrapped up in one. The property was spotless with great decor, and the outside area was great to soak in the views on the lake. I would Recommend this place no matter what time of the year, great way to spend thanksgiving with family.

Great place for a family!
The home is nicely decorated, clean and in a great location. Enjoyed grilling in the evenings and had everything we needed. Owner is very accommodating and responds quickly when needed. We will be back soon!

A great little getaway
The property looked just like the pictures listed. It was very clean & welcoming. It was completely stocked with every kind of kitchen utensil/appliance u could think of or need. Only negative is that there is no dishwasher. Brad and Jennifer were both very responsive every time we had questions before heading down there and would reply within 10-15 minutes if we had questions while we were there. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.

You’ll be very happy when you stay at this house. Not only are Jennifer and Brad great to work with but their place is a perfect setting for a getaway. We rented their boat too which was the best we’ve ever rented. Also, has some of the best views at the lake. We will definitely be back.

This is the perfect house for a week or weekend getaway to the Ozarks. We had a girls weekend and it was exactly what we wanted and needed. The decks allowed for us to sit outside and the proximity to shops and bars were perfect for the price

Relaxing at the lake
Jennifer and Brad were great to work with. The house was exactly as it was advertised. The cupboards were stocked with all the basic stuff.....spices, coffee, filters (the coffee maker was VERY slow, though)sugar, flour.....The beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time out on the deck. Such a beautiful view!! The only negative, as far as the deck, were the spiders! Probably beyond their control but wondering if they could possibly spray for them??? They gave us a good deal on their boat and jet skis. The lake was a little rough because of boat traffic but we were still able to use them. Because of the roughness on the main channel, we weren't able to swim from the dock but they warned us that it would be difficult. I would recommend this house to anyone. We had a great time!
