« Check in process needs to be clearer. The email said there was no front desk at the property with no further information (and the address to check in was incorrect on the email and on google.) At the property the only check in information was on the sign for the Holiday Inn, which is easy to miss when driving in the dark. We had to ask other folks staying where we had to check in. Information about that in the email would be great beforehand, perhaps stating that check in is at the Grand Geneva...
