« The house was cute. Very clean and all amenities were there. The actual lot has another house right next door and a couple small bungalow types behind the cabin. Was odd because we could hear people’s full conversation when in the bathroom and even laying in bed. Parking for a large vehicle such as a Dodge truck, is not going to happen at the property so be prepared to pay for meter parking. I’m not sure if the bed and couch is also new as the appliances are but they were very uncomfortable....

« This home could not have been located in a better spot. It is right next to the beach and walkable distance from all our favorite restaurants. There is great parking (so rare in Laguna) and it is quiet and feels safe at night. We did have two issues.1. We traveled with children and the main TV in the living room was very difficult and slow. « We had a wonderful weekend at Lagunita. Although a little outdated and noisy with construction across the street, the size of the cottage was perfect. Our daughter stayed upstairs and we had the king downstairs. The bed was a little too soft for us, but the room was quiet and comfortable. "Nothing fancy but very fair price. Perfect hotel if you need a place to sleep in Laguna Beach knowing you will spend most of the time at the beach or doing some shopping around. Rooms are clean and beds confortable. All I needed, would go back with no hesitation"
