'The appartment is small but very cozy. It was clean and equipped with the necessary utensils. Really close to the ocean and the center of Kailua-Kona. We also enjoyed sitting by the table outside while having breakfast or in the evening. Marc is a really friendly host and everything went well.'

'Parking in the area was very limited but we were able to check in early just to get a spot. Extremely close to restaurants and shops. Studio was clean and compact the only downside was no good location to plug in my CPAP. Minor, since I slept well without it. Would use again.'

'We had an excellent stay at Jacinta’s condo. Located at a perfect spot in central Kona, we could go anywhere by foot. Complete amenities and a parking spot right at the complex. Jacinta wasa great host and very responsive to any questions. We’d come back anytime in the future !!'

'Lovely atmosphere, great pool, great lanai, comfy bed. Night security would be an asset due to noise at night since nobody was available to address any problems. 2 rolls of TP for 3 weeks, not enough. We were disappointed with Vacasa's exorbitant fees. '

'Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.'

'Great condo just one block from the main hub of kileau kona. Clean well stocked and nice lanai to sit out on in the evening and morning . Walking distance to shops and places to eat. Definitely try Da Shark Shack.'

'Nice apartment, easygoing host, and location is convenient to Kealakekua Bay and Two step, as well as lovely coffee in the area (try Kaya’s for organic brew). It’s nice to have a kitchen and a washer/dryer.'

'This property is great, nestled right down in the center of mix of what’s going on Kona. Mere minutes walk from the waterfront, restaurants and entertainment. Couldn’t ask for more, and host was very helpful and responsive. If you’re looking for a great stay in Kona look no further. 10/10 would recommend.'

'The location was excellent for walking around and great access to eating locations. Beaches were not the best for being sandy, soothing on the feet, and refreshing. Too rocky. Loved being able to find things to do. I would do it again but have access to a car to find beaches with more sand.'

'This location is centralized. You can walk to Coconut Grove and grab food to eat. Thankfully parking was included which is a hot commodity in Kona now. Glad I chose this location. '

'Studio was clean very Hawaiian and close to all beach, down town and shopping. Property was nicely kept and the area had a quite and in a nice residental area, yet near all. Issac was great to work with espically with some special requests we had.It was great having the beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boggie boards ect to use at the beach. We would definitely stay here again Aloha Thanks Issac for being a great host. :)'

'The ocean front condo was excellent. It was clean with all you would need to live as there as long as you wanted. We appreciated the two rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom, the washer/dryer and detergent. Thanks for the cooking oil. However, this is the first condo in Hawaii (15 trips) that did have salt and pepper available for the first day. Most have had a one day supply of coffee but this was not a problem for us since we arrived while the nearby ITA was still open. The smoke alarm...

'Love led being up in the hills and felt like a local. Was dark finding the place up at night! Nature sounds were great but glad we brought ear plugs. A lovely stay.'
