« This is the 2nd year I've booked this property for this week. Perfect location for this time of year for my intentions! Early sunrise walks, photo shoots of the beach and painting. The hiccup with the cleanliness aspect was resolved by the property manager the day after we arrived, »

« Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. »

« All and all the unit is decent. I wont stay on the top floor again, unless you install an elevator like the other buildings. Location was amazing. Waking up every morning seeing the ocean. Good Winds restaurant is amazing go by and tell Leon hello. »

« Very well equipped condo just steps to the beach and pier. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store close. The condo was accurately represented in the pictures and description. Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property. »
