« Visiting WVU, so only really slept there. Comfortable but interior needs updates. It was fine since we were just using it to sleep there. Sleeps 5 comfortably and sheets and towels included »

« Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either. »

« Hotel appeared to be severely understaffed. My wife and I went to the bar and restaurant on the first evening and were never approached by any waitress or waiter. We went to the bar and again were never served. So we just left and never went back for the remainder of our stay. Housekeeping only serviced the room on the first day of our stay and never returned the other days. Very disappointed with service. »

« Our first time at Lake Pointe Inn was amazing. The property has a ton of charm. There is ample seating in outdoor and indoor common areas including a gorgeous fire pit overlooking the lake where we spent several hours each night. The best part of our stay (apart from the tasty breakfast!) was the staff. Each and every person, not just the owners, were friendly and genuinely glad to have us. Would definitely go back there when we're in Deep Creek in the future. »
