« I had a disappointing experience as my host hadn’t provided any check-in details the day of my stay. Check in is at 4pm, at 5pm I had reached my destination where the accommodation was and I realized I didn’t have any information regarding my check-in process. I reached out to the host who then informed me that the accommodation was double booked and my stay would be cancelled. « This property lived up to every expectation we had. It was an extremely comfortable place to stay and a great base to explore this area of South Devon. The property was only one minute walk to the beach, which was even better than expected and there are many and varied places to visit close by. I would highly recommend this property. Some people have mentioned cobwebs at the property, and while there definitely were some high on the Velux windows which some people may find disconcerting, it was...

« Perfect location for our trip, just outside Kingsbridge. The cottage is lovely, very homely,comfortable,warm and well equipped. We had a great holiday and our judge of a property is whether we would return - we will return ! »

« Good accommodation in a convenient place of a lovely interesting small town. There were a couple of negatives, toaster blew a fuse and tripped the RCCB. The boiler was very noisy which, as a retired engineer, made me suspect a failing pump. Not able to contact owner by phone ref. toaster. , »
