The Lookout in Brancaster Staithe est un bungalow indépendant de trois chambres situé dans une rue calme du village populaire de Brancaster Staithe, dans le nord de Norfolk, célèbre pour ses excellents fruits de mer, ses plages et sa voile.

Le guetteur:
est chien-friendly,
est proche de nombreuses plages fabuleuses,
est à 4,8 km de la réserve de Titchwell RSPB,
a le chauffage central,
a un poêle à bois,
est à quelques pas de deux grands pubs (The White Horse et Jolly Sailors),

Le Lookout comprend trois chambres, une cuisine, un spacieux salon / salle à manger, une salle de bain et un vestiaire. Dehors, il y a une cour et un jardin arrière clos. Les chambres ont vue sur la mer quand la marée est dedans.

Weekend break
Well equipped bungalow in a good location. The initial impression of the bungalow was good, clean bedding and the carpets had been hoovered, clean crockery, glasses and cutlery. Few criticisms, the pillows were feather and very flat, we were each issued with a bath towel but there were only a couple of hand towels for the bathrooms, we could’ve done with one hand towel each for when we washed our hair. My mother was unable to use the shower as it was over the bath and the bath was quite high up with the taps on the outside edge in the middle, I managed to clonk my knee on them most mornings lol! We did enjoy our stay and would recommend the property just a bit of a tlc needed cleaning wise.

Spacious, warm and modern house right on the coast, you can see the sea from the back windows. Great location for walks and birdwatching, just five minutes down to the path along the marshes. Handy shops and cafe round the corner. The house doesn't look much from the outside, but inside is huge and has everything needed.

I was very unhappy when I still had not received an email from VRBO by the evening before arrival containing the welcome information and had to telephone the host for details of the combination for the key safe, stress I could have done without. I had stayed at this property before and again it did not disappoint

Spacious property, well-equipped with all essentials. It was well-situated for all the coastal villages and bird reserve. It was helpful that it was close to Deepdale Market for additional supplies. Although we booked for four there was only two of us in the end and it was probably too large for us. Lovely duvets!

Great location and great value
The bungalow was lovely, clean and modern, equipped with everything you could possibly need and great location for the beach and neighbouring sights ……..perhaps only downside the gardener arrived 8.00am Tues morning to strim the front lawn outside the bedroom windows with the world’s noisiest petrol strimmer, lol, did give us a bit of a start as we were in bed! That said would definitely recommend for great value for money.

We had a lovely stay overall. The plus points were the fact that the bungalow was light, warm and really well appointed. It was well placed for walks and amenities and the garden was excellent. The only downsides were the beds, which could use some decent mattresses or toppers and the fact we chose a week where builders were working next door and over the road. Lots of Anglo Saxon language and loud radios during the. Obviously not the fault of the owner, but the mattresses needs sorting.

The bungalow is spacious and very well located. Large living room and open plan dining area is spacious. Kitchen very well equipped, beds are comfortable. Only issue we had was the bath had taps at the front edge of bath and situated in middle, which meant my elderly mother could not access either bath or.shower; bath is not suitable for anyone with disability. Apart from this, we would highly recommend this to friends and family. Location is ideal for visiting North Norfolk coast.

Had a lovely 3 days with family and friends in this comfortable, spacious and easy living bungalow. Stylish decor, well equipped kitchen and convivial dining/living area with a wood burner for extra cosiness. Perfectly placed to explore this beautiful coastline.

Good bolthole even in winter
We stayed for three days as we were keen to walk along the coast path and see the pink-footed geese. Nothing disappointed. The bungalow was in the perfect location, well equipped, cosy and close to amenities, with a choice of pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance. We even heard the geese overhead when we were in the bungalow We would certainly visit again

Excellent location. Comfy beds but pillows were poor. Very spacious property with very good kitchen. Well equipped. Cleaning generally very good but a bin left unemptied and a lot of dust beneath beds and some dog hairs bottom of sofa. Having said that would use again if returning to area.

Perfectly positioned for pubs, shops & Beach Walks
After lockdown this was a welcome break for open air walks, open air restaurant and pub meals. Property was spotlessly clean, spacious (had both north wing - bedrooms & south wing - kitchen & lounge diner), a new kitchen and more coffee mugs than we could count! We would start with coffee, kippers at the Thornton Deli, walk the coast (my wife is a birder) and then lunch or dinner at The Hero, White Horse, The Duck, or Jolly Sailor (my wife insists on the best!). 50 yards away is the petrol station, NISA supermarket, Information, Binocular shop, 4 pop-up art shops, and more. We are regular visitors to North Norfolk and this was the best located place we have stayed - except for The Hoste under the old management 8 years ago. Would love to go back and have recommended it to nephew and family.

Lovely visit to North Norfolk
We have had holidays in north Norfolk on several occassions and love the area, especially the dog friendly beaches and pubs. This was out first time at this property but would definitely consider going back. Property is in a good location and is very well equiped. Shop very close by, very short walk to the coastal path and short drive to several lovelly beaches. Owners provided regular helpful communication and property was warm and very clean when we arrived. Would reccommend.

TOTALLY RECOMMENDED
Have to admit that some viewing the web pictures might feel the property lacks a certain "kerb appeal" but do not be put-off, inside it is like a tardis. It is extremely spacious, amazingly well equipped, there is nothing you could want for and very comfortable. Location is in a residential street that is pleasant and very quiet and ideal for drives either east or west along the north Norfolk coast we are bird watchers and location could hardly have been better. In conclusion, can totally recommend this holiday accommodation.
