Margaret's cottage 3 Br front de l'eau


À seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Fenelon Falls, à proximité d’une épicerie, de restaurants, de cafés, d’un magasin d’alcool, etc. Il y a 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Équipement et fournitures fournis aux personnes de 11 ans et plus;
• Fenelon House dispose de 3 chambres, 2 lits queen, 2 canapés-lits doubles, un dans le salon et un dans la chambre principale, 1 lit double et un lit simple dans la 3ème chambre et 2 matelas simples espace de vie pour les enfants utilisent. Chaque lit est fourni avec sa propre housse de matelas, ses oreillers, ses protège-oreillers et son édredon.
• Des serviettes en papier sont fournies et une buanderie au rez-de-chaussée est disponible pour laver la literie, les draps et les serviettes pour un usage répété.
• La maison est équipée de: mobilier intérieur et extérieur, réfrigérateur, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, laveuse, sécheuse, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, vaisselle, verres, couverts, casseroles et ustensiles de cuisine, aspirateur et équipement de nettoyage et sèche-cheveux.
• Les fournitures suivantes sont également incluses: papier hygiénique, filtres à café, sacs à ordures, savon, détergent et produits de nettoyage.
• L’accès à Internet est gratuit. Internet est le wifi haut débit. Mot de passe à fournir Il y a une télévision par satellite avec 400 chaînes, un lecteur DVD et des DVD.
• Vous pouvez louer un bateau à Fenelon Falls. Les gilets de sauvetage ne sont pas fournis.
• Le bois de chauffage n'est pas fourni. S'il vous plaît apporter le vôtre.

Well equipped
Cottage was very clean and comfortable. The grass however was not cut. Beds were comfortable. We were notified that we could not check in on the 18th due to water issue and we were only refunded the rate and not the tax that we paid. The property had everything needed as in utensils blankets etc…

Nice time with the family
This is our second trip to this cottage. Owner is great to communicate with. There was enough room for our family group of six adults and 3 children to feel very comfortable. We enjoyed the large back yard and the many tables and different seating areas. Cottage is very clean. The kids loved the boats drifting by and they enjoyed the trip to a nearby small beach with child-friendly activities along the boardwalk on the Saturday. Bring your own beach towels - everything else is provided. A lovely cottage at a reasonable price. Recommended.

Booked this property to be close to my sisters cottage for a party I’m glad we added an extra day Was nice to relax and have family time with our kids for a day Wifi was excellent for those that needed to work River is perfect for paddleboarding as well as canoeing and kayak Next time we will bring bikes to take Advantage of the trails

Great cottage!
This cottage was great, it had everything we needed for the week. The river was nice and quiet and we all enjoyed swimming in it. I recommend bringing some inflatables to longer in the river with it. It was less than 10mins into town where we went to get groceries and stopped to get ice cream and really great funnel cakes! We had reached out to the host a few times and he was very responsive and helpful. After only being there for a few hours we all agreed that we would be booking this again next year!

Wonderful family stay
Great host, lovely cottage, clean river - all in all a perfect spot for extended family. We found all the decks and seating areas great to enjoy and spread out. The bunkie with a bed for two was great for extra comfort for the parents of young kids.

Great time
We had so much fun! The river is lovely and warm. We had fun swimming and canoeing with little kiddos. Also biked into town (which is a trail for the whole trip) and got to watch boats going up and down on the locks and have ice cream. We had an awesome time and might try to stay again next year!

Great cottage getaway
Stayed here with my family and was really impressed how clean and modern the inside of the cottage was! Every amenity was available for us to use and plenty of space to relax by the water or in the shelter of a gazebo. The river was clean and excellent for a dip. Overall we all had a great time and would definitely consider going back

Great getaway in Fenelon Falls
We had a great stay at this property in the summer of 2022 with several young kids. The cottage was clean and comfortable but would note there was not a dishwasher as the listing indicates. A few details were left to us to figure out on our own (where to take garbage leaving, how to access Netflix or other streaming services), but the hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries. Overall we had a really nice time and made good use of the expansive lawn, canoe and kayak, and outdoor eating spaces. Was a week to remember!

Great Cottage and Location
We found Vasile’s cottage while searching for locations in the Kawartha Lakes area. The checkin process was very smooth and the property was clean with lots of extra pillows and towels for use during our stay. The gazebo was great for outdoor meals and everyone loved swimming in the river which was clean. Just note that some days the river can be a bit busy with boat traffic. There is one 2 person canoe and kayak available for use which we also enjoyed. We enjoyed nightly use of the fire pit and noticed there aren’t as many mosquitoes as there might be in other places. Very close to Fenelon Falls for day trips. Nice antique shops in town and lots of stuff for the kids to do at the Fenelon Falls Museum. Overall an excellent stay!

Amazing property
This is a lovely house. Very well stocked with every you could need or want for a cottage getaway. Lovely swimming perfect for kids and unexpectedly private waterside access for a river location. Host was excellent with communication when necessary and the house itself is comfortable and the property is everything you could want. Several seating areas outside and good shade and rain coverage. We would definitely come again!

Homey Cottage
This is a well equipped cottage for a week in the summer. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals for a family. There is no dishwasher but that's not a big deal. Canoe and kayak allowed us to enjoy the river. The water is clean for swimming (no weeds). Vasile is a great host and responds to messages quickly.

Very Enjoyable Stay
Very good March break cottage vacation experience. We were a group of two families with three children aged 12 - 14 between us. Very well kept property. Nice open spacious concept for the living, dining and kitchen area. We couldn't use the backyard as it was still filled with snow but we can imagine it being a fine place to enjoy on the banks of the Burnt River in warmer weather. Lots of little home decor gives the cottage a nice feel. Vasile, the host, was prompt and responsive in our communication.
