'The Grand Hyatt staff did an amazing job during our stay - from Tom, the concierge who planned our tours to the entire hotel team, they provided excellent service and wanted to ensure we had a wonderful time. Our ocean view room was perfect and very private and we loved the onsite restaurants. We would definitely return! The resort location is perfect. '

'Super family friendly. The pool was not crowded even when the hotel seemed busy. Great location on the beach and with shopping plaza in 3min walk. We will stay again next time. '

'Prachtig resort alleen restaurant op het resort . Erg slecht de maaltijden en ongezellig . Koffiebar alleen in de ochtend tot 10 am open . Er jammer . Dan heb je aan het restaurant bij het zwembad . En dat is slecht . En ongezellig . '

'The beds, staff, and taxi to the airport (10$) was nice. The room was clean, but no curtains (wake up early). The other guests were loud, fighting and smoking - we Would therefore not stay here again. '

'My ocean view was perfect. I didn’t mind the Luau just outside my room on Monday and Wednesday nights, although it made parking less convenient. The beach there is quite nice '

'We had a good stay at the Point. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and big enough. There is everything you need. The furniture looks outdated, but it have it's charms. The resort looks great and we enjoyed the pool. The kids loved it. The drinks at the pool are good and affordable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is central to visit al the known tourist sites.We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this resort.'

'Excellent aesthetics, but the staff could be more knowledgeable and onsite reservations booked very quickly, we should have booked before our arrival or they should make special accommodations for guests staying at the hotel. The layout of the hotel was a bit odd and confusing, getting to the beach was a little challenging, but overall beautiful hotel and excellent location on Kauai. Would stay again.'
