« The room was not properly cleaned (the beddings were clearly used before with stains and dirt), the blanked didn't have a cover, the floor wasn't dusted. The bathroom had a mud wasp nest, toilet was dirty and generally the bathroom was dirty with the toilet brush dirty on the floor (not in a stand). I have been travelling for more than 20 years, this is the first time I couldn't sleep somewhere, I ended up leaving the property and find somewhere else to stay. »

« Hôtel 28 est flambant neuf (fin sept. 2018). Personnel très accueillant, souriant et serviable. Excellent buffet déjeuner servi sur le toit (8e étage) avec une vue sûr Kanchanaburi. Excellents cafés, thés et cocktails de jus servis près de la piscine. Indéniablement le plus bel hôtel depuis notre arrivée en Thaïlande (3 semaines). Qualité/prix = 10/10. À 10 minutes du centre-ville et en face d’un centre d’achats Robinson. Tranquillité garantie côté montagne ou piscine. »

« A very nice modern hotel, front desk staff are amazing and the women cleaning the rooms were really good as well. If there was 1 thing that's not perfect it is the "grab and go" breakfast, its just a microwaved thing, none too tasty and its basically junk food. Whenever i visit Nakhon Pathom i will always stay at the B2. 5 minute walk and there are plenty of street food vendors. Evenings 10 minute walk to the night market. »

« Horrible ! Nous avions réservé cet hôtel suite aux visionnement des photos fournies par l'hôtel (qui datent probablement de l'ouverture de l'hôtel il y a plus de 20 ans). Nous avons eu un service des plus désastreux ayant fait en sorte que nous avons du quitter l'hôtel. Aucun membre du personnel n'était capable de s'exprimer en anglais alors il était impossible de se faire comprendre. Nous avons eu droit à une visite guidée des alentours (presque 2h) avant que ce super M. nous amène également au 7-11 le plus proche pour que lon puisse se prendre à manger.
