'This might be the prettiest place I ever stayed at. The scenery is spectacular. The hotel is just perfect. It's a beautiful country-house with exceptional food and the service is great. A++. I strongly recommend this. We did the horse and ATV tour and it's a must do. Fly into Wellington and rent a car to see the beautiful scenery on the 2 hr drive. I would love to return.'

'In aanbieding staat dat het een 4,5 ster is. Motel aanbieding is volgens bedrijf maar een 3 sterren aanbieding. Er is geen beddegoed, wat je pas ziet na de boeking. Terrein ligt op een industrieterrein met de nodige geluidshinder. Je kunt tegen bijbetaling (ca 50% extra) een normale ingerichte kamer krijgen. Voor de wc moet je naar buiten naar een externe ruimte...... Voor de kookgelegenheid moet je naar buiten ook naar een aparte ruimte op het campingterrein.'

'Heel modern en vrij nieuw motel. Kamers zijn zeer functioneel ingericht. Fijne bedden. Internet werkt hier goed. Veel restaurants in de omgeving. Vanuit Petone kun je makkelijk en snel met de trein naar Wellington.'

'Hotel is typical standard 3-4 star motel with everything you need. Functional, not very romantic. Connections to Wellington are great, 10 mins by car, hotel is only 600 meters away from railway station Petone which also takes you in 15 mins to Wellington ($10 per person back and forth). Pac & Save and fast food nearby. '

'Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. However the Supervisor was very apologetic and upgraded us to better and cleaner accommodation at no extra cost. We were very grateful and in turn had an awesome stay! '

'A little tricky getting out into traffic as right on the intersection of a busy road at rush hour times even on a saturday. But friendly staff, clean and fresh room. When we got back to our room someone else had taken our park in front of our room, however we could still park in the hotel gounds. All in all great place to stay'

'Prima motel voor een overnachting als je op doorreis bent. De ferry terminal is circa 10 minuten rijden. Dit motel ligt wel vlak langs de SH 2 dat betekent dat je 's nachts redelijk wat verkeerslawaai hebt als je met raam open slaapt.'

'A delightful experience from check in to check out. The room was quite spacious and had every convenience needed from microwave to mini refrigerator to stove top and all of the kitchenware needed to make meal or heat up a snack. One will not be disappointed at any aspect of this small lodge in a nice neighborhood of Lower Hutt.'
