Very bad
"I booked before arriving at the hotel. When I got there, they told me my booking hasn't come through but the money credited into my account, till today I have not receive my money back, I had to pay again at the hotel because it was already late,"

Hotel OK but not a true hilton
"The hotel is good but some things are not up to the usual hilton standard: The gym is very small some days you get bottle of water in your room, some days not You have to wait for ages at the elevator..."

"Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked ..."
