Weekend getaway in June
It was easy to find the house and the interior was clean. Unfortunately half the house didn’t have working lights, including the single bathroom, the kitchen, and some of the lights in bedrooms. The worst part was the kitchen appliances weren’t working either, including the fridge. That led us to having to buy a cooler and ice to store the already bought groceries. We did find 2 main breakers but all were fine as far as we could tell. We attempted to reach out to the host, but never got a response via email or phone call. There was no AC as advertised, but we were able to keep some windows open. We were not expecting to be woken up by a rooster that lived across the street, however that is not the host’s fault. Just an FYI if you like to sleep in. The exterior, especially towards fire pit, was very overgrown … more than just from a little sun and rain. We chose not to use it for that reason alone. Overall, I don’t recommend staying here for the amenities listed.

The property was beautiful. Had everything you would need for a visit. We did get lost finding the house but was able to find it shortly after realizing we drove right past it. Suggest putting a light on the sign that shows the property number.

Long weekend stay
Great location, it was quiet but still close to down North Conway. The neighbors have a cute dog that likes to say hello, her name is Stella! Also keep in mind The gps for some reason brought us 10 minutes past the actual location so if you hit a dirt road you’ve gone to far!

It was a very convenient location for Ice Fest Weekend. The house is roomy and warm. Nice dining area with view. Dog friendly. Easy parking. The bathroom is in a bizarre location. We would stay here again.

2024 Winter Vacation - White Mountains / N Conway / Jackson
We loved our stay at the Chalet at Intervale. Outstanding tucked away location. Mountain views out the back windows. There's lots of space and we took advantage of the extra bedding. We also loved the game rooms. Washer and dryer is a plus. Hghly recommended. ⛷️🏔️

Weekend stay
We enjoyed our time there. The listing, however, did not show the outdated place. The layout was very inconvenient. The only bathroom was centrally located between the living room, kitchen, and basement door. If you were downstairs in the game room you had to be cautious coming back up because you had to go through the bathroom. All the lights were on timers, which was also inconvenient. They would constantly go off on you. Other than that, it was a nice view and location.

A Home Away From Home
What an immaculate house! Tucked away down a beautiful road with wilderness jumping at every turn. The house was exactly how I imagined it and the owner was awesome. Draw back = Only one bathroom between 8 guests. The 3rd party hired (Evolve) needs to do a bit better with communication and details on 'how to enter'.

Well-Loved Cabin
Pictures show the space well, but do not accurately show the wear/age of some of the furniture/fixtures/bedding. This is definitely more cabin-like than pictures show. Having said that, the cabin met our needs and we had a great time playing games in the evening after hiking and exploring North Conway.

Wonderful Family Getaway
There is no shortage of entertainment to keep our kids (age 2-12) occupied while we stayed at the cabin. From the many toys, board games and pool, ping pong in the basement. Outside was spacious, and offered a small trail to a stream, hammock and tether ball or roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. The house came equipped with everything we could need for the week cooking, BBQing or just our morning coffee. There is a friendly neighbor dog who lives across the street, didn’t bother us or our dog! We took some nice walks with our dog and the sights are beautiful. Location wise you are 15min to N. Conway and other conveniences, but still have the qualities of a quiet Mountain neighborhood. We are already looking forward to our next stay here!

Peaceful Chalet
The location of this chalet was very peaceful. There was a very friendly dog that lives across the street that would come over to say hello if she saw us out front while she was outside. This chalet had everything we needed. However, it was a bit outdated. If you’re a tall, broad person then the shower may be uncomfortable for you to move around in and you can’t adjust the direction of the water. The layout was a bit odd as well. You had to walk through the only bathroom to access the basement level. It seems no one maintains the exterior anymore either. The yard would be a great place for children to play outside, or a nice place to enjoy the fire pit. However, everything was so overgrown and there was some poison ivy visible so we didn’t stay outside while there.

This place was probably nice at some point but it hasn’t been well kept. The whole place smelled like dog and the landscaping was completely overgrown to the point where the fire pits were essentially useless unless you wanted to be covered in tics. The game room was fun but everything was falling apart. The glass windows surrounding the dining room table was probably the highlight and was a nice place to have meals. Overall, not worth the price.

Not the best
The house itself is ok. It does have everything thing you need. The house was clean and there was plenty of space for my family. Now for the bad part! If you need to get a hold of the property manager it takes him hours to respond to you and he responds with rude responses. It was extremely hot and humid in the house and the AC units were not in yet. His response to that was a screen shot of the next days weather telling me that we’d be fine the next day because it would be cooler. It wasn’t cooler. We ended up going out and buying fans for the bedrooms. This house has potential but if they keep that property manager Marco who obviously doesn’t care about his job they will lose a lot of renters. We will not be returning!!!
