'Nice building, comfortable but small rooms. Good bathroom, good amenities. Internet was fine, no tv. Parking a little further in the street. Lots of emails and instructions in both B&B and room, was a bit overdone. '

'Great location near the Fishermans Wharf. The property is quite old and so is the bed and furniture. Since it a residential house wurh quire some guests we found it a bit noisy. But the host was wonderfull and at this price it was fine to stay a night. We had to leave early for the airport so we couldn’t enjoy breakfast which is served between 8:30 and 9:30, but the house smelled like fresh baked bread!'

'Had a relaxing 6 day stay at this cozy accommodation, very well stocked, and clean. loved how bright the space inside was, has a great skylight, outside space is very nice and private. Host was great to communicate with. car highly recommended to explore the Island. '

'Room was way too little for the price we had to pay. It was very clean, had a nice shower and the B&B is on a beautifull spot, but the room had no windows with a vieuw and was basically nothing more thema a well renovated cellar in the basement, it felt claustrofobic. '

'Between the massive pouf, the couch and two recliners, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to crash before and after running the Victoria marathon. It was an easy and predictable drive into downtown, a straight shot on the freeway, and right by Butchart gardens. Highly recommend. '

'Our stay was more than we could have hoped for! The house and surroundings are a place of magic and beauty. We also hosted a small get together of whale researchers within BC for a meeting, and the surroundings added a very personal atmosphere to the day and topics. Everyone was delighted with the place and we hope to book again same time next year. Trisha was the best host ever, making sure we have everything we needed and even offered to walk our dog during the meeting!! Best place ever,...

'This is a lovely property! I would say though that it’s very compact and doesn’t have room to have a couple of friends over for a visit. for instance. A great place for just 2 people. Well appointed- just couldn’t find a can opener 🙂'

"Staff is very friendly and helpful, nice shopping center nearby and connecting by bus to Downtown is great. Room is small but clean and kitchenette is nice. However inside hotel is noisy and outside the hotel needs some maintenance. The part of the building with Restaurant and liquid Store looks Expired. "

"Nette accommodatie. We waren erg vroeg bij hotel (10:30) en konden pre-inchecken. We zouden via sms geinformeerd worden wanneer kamer klaar was. In ieder geval konden we de auto direct parkeren en omdat het Canada dag was meteen naar het naast gelegen festival terrein. Rond 12.00 was onze kamer al beschikbaar."
