Family Gathering
My 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren travelled to meet me for an annual family gathering (12 total). This house was perfect... right on the beach with a pool and tennis/pickleball court... with 5 bedrooms. It was meticulously clean and the common areas were very spacious. There is a huge yard space big enough for badminton or volleyball and lots of parking. It is very close to grocery store, banks, gas stations, small restaurants.

This property is just like the pictures! It is evident that the owners and property managers think of everything vacationers would need, without skimping on quality. Plenty to do without leaving the house... except to get groceries. Well cared for property and good communication

My family had our own resort staying here. Excellent!
Amazing place. Perfect beach. Nice sand. Clean. No big drop offs as you walk out. Always have to be careful with the ocean and little ones but felt pretty safe. Distant surfers were fun to watch. Very private, no crowds, only an occasional walker at shore. Not a lot of shells but nearby beaches for shells if needed. Close to shore. Even saw giant sea turtle. Nice viewing deck. Sat there several nights until 1 or 2am and saw a rocket launch from there. House was amazing. Very roomy. Excellent air conditioning. Roomy kitchen. Plenty of eating area. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Perfect size pool. Nice touch with unique guest house.Nice wash off area behind house to remove sand. Pickleball court was a lot of fun. Trees on one side and pickleball court on other, good separation from neighbors. Good washer dryer. Even on A1A we were really impressed how quiet and insulated everything was. We didn't hear traffic in the house, pool, or deck. The excellent windows kept heat and noise out. Excellent response from owner. One very minor question on pool at it was immediately addressed. Pool was well gated for kids safety. Great floor plan. Could see pool and beach with lots of great window views. Perfect for day trip to Universal/Orlando area. Nice restaurants within reasonable distance. Even Cocoa beach restaurants and Ron Jon's only 20 minutes away. My entire family loved this place. There was something for everyone. We will be back.

Quiet and private retreat
It was perfect for a family vacation!! We fished at night with no lights, which was awesome. We spotted 3 large sea turtles coming on beach to lay eggs and caught 4 sharks. We released all of them, they were fun to catch. The house overall presented a great place to stay for an on beach retreat.

Family Trip "home"
This property is amazing! My husband and I grew up in Indialantic and we brought our grown family and young grandchildren together to enjoy the area and see extended family. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location. The beach is just a few steps away and the pool was perfect! The gates on the pool area and backyard are wonderful especially since we had two one year olds along. The tennis court was an added bonus that everyone enjoyed. A wonderful property.

Hidden Gem!
This property, by far, exceeded our expectations. Not only is it directly on the private beach but, is within a short distance to either walk or drive to restaurants and stores. The process was flawless with the owner and VRBO. This property was fully up to date and not "aged" with use. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful property
The house is beautiful! Our family had a great time. Plenty to do for everyone. Lots of towels. Air conditioner worked great pool and hot tub were perfect. The only thing was 2 nights in the middle of the night, the security alarm started going off. It woke up the whole family. I called the property manager and there was no answer. He finally called back and he gave us the code to turn it off. The same thing happened the next night.

Perfect family spot!!!
We hardly left the house because there was so much to do!!!! So nice with lots of space where we could spread out and do our own things when we felt like it. We rented bikes from a shop down the street so it was nice to bike around the area and not take cars out. Kids loved the pool and tennis court. We ended up leaving some nice Lululemon clothes there and they mailed them back to us for free!!! We never thought we would see them again it made my sisters day to get her clothes back. Thank you!

Beautiful House and Beautiful Location!
We loved our stay and look forward to coming back again! The beachfront location is amazing, and the house was very very clean and very well-maintained. The tennis court is awesome, as is the pool and spa! Communication with Daniel prior and during our visit was quick and easy. Daniel is a great host! And Drew and the Fishbellies food truck across the street was a great fund -- delicious wraps!

Fun on the beach
Our stay was wonderful. Excellent beach and swimming pool. The accommodations were excellent. Plenty of room for all of us (3 families 4 kids). Easy access to the beach. Many restaurants near buy and grocery stores. Many attractions nearby. We did 2 nature tours and the space center. Two rocket launches from Cape Canaveral topped off the trip. It was a great week. So much to do!
Staying on the beach is one thing. Having your own pool, tennis court and pickle ball court is the icing on the cake! This house was spacious and clean and we had so much fun. Everyone loved the pool and amenities! Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back. The owner and his team were very helpful with any questions we had. Phenomenal location with an Amazing House!
My extended family (13 of us) rented this property for a week in June. And it was fantastic. The property is set up perfectly for a large group including toddlers. We all especially loved the very short walk to the beach, pool, hot tub, and private tennis court on which we played pickle ball every night. I highly recommend this property!

We loved the location, single story, private pool & hot tub, tennis/pickle-ball!, corn hole! This home is no more than 20 minutes from many attractions. Super close to groc., restaurants! The black is steps away out the back door. We had the best time! The owner was easy to communicate with. It was fully equipped with cooking and lounging equipment.

Family Vacation
I’ve been renting through VRBO for a long time. This house deserves 10 stars. It was absolutely sparkling when we arrived. The cleaning crew does an amazing job. The property is so perfect that we never had to leave. We bounced between the beach, pool, and tennis courts every day for endless entertainment. The fact that we could wake up and walk right onto the beach every day has certainly spoiled us. It felt like a real escape and true vacation. Very hard to fly home to reality at the end of the week. We were there with our family: grandparents, aunt and uncle, and our two little boys (1.5 and 3.5 years old). The fact that the property is all one floor was perfect for my 1 year Old who still can’t navigate steps too well. The pool is completely secure so I never had to worry about the boys running into danger. It came with a pack and play and high chair and booster which made our stay so easy. I also rented toys and a toddler bed from Babyquip which kept the boys entertained all week. Everyone in our family LOVED it and we all agreed we would stay again in a heartbeat. We always find some issues in rental properties but we literally have no complaints with this one. 10 stars!!!
