'What a hidden gem situated in a quiet, picturesque location. Exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped and the private sauna and jacuzzi was a lovely touch. Powerful hairdryer, massive comfortable bed and Netflix on TV in room and lounge area were also appreciated. 'Gedateerd. Het stonk in de woonkamer van het appartement naar urine (riolering kapit)?). Het matras was vies. Het appartement leek op een uitgewoonde studentenkamer. De klacht is dor het hotel genegeerd. Dat lijkt een standaard werkwijze gezien andere reviews. Het hoofdgebouw van het hotel oogt goed, maar ons appartement in een naast liggende woning was erg slecht.'

'Excellent stay. The property was well maintained and in an excellent neighborhood. We walked to Ryan’s, The Mad Hatter, Nico’s, and other restaurants/pubs. The location is also within walking distances of Queen’s University and the botanical gardens. I highly recommend Belfast and the Ulsterville Residences. '

'Cute apartment. Came with small children so it isn’t really soundproof well for the neighbours below. Also, our apartment was at the top. Be prepare to carry your luggages up. Other than that, easy access around, communication with host is easy and neighborhood was pretty quiet when we were there.'

'My wife and I booked this hotel hoping it would be a very comfortable and romantic place for our wedding. We were not disappointed. Michael, Isabelle and all the staff were as attentive, friendly, professional and thoughtful as we could have hoped for. We will definitely be back, as will all those who visited and briefly got to enjoy the stunning room or service provided during our 48 hour stay. Thank you '
