« I understand a hotel has no control over the clubs and bars noise. However, we had to book a whole new hotel spend double money just to get a good nights sleep. When I brought it to the ladies attention at the desk, she shrugged her shoulders and said “I told you so when you checked in “. « I had a wonderful stay here, rooms were great, perfect location for me to get to Cloud 9, and would recommend it. Only downside was the air conditioner was very loud- so hard to sleep, and it was really not that effective. I tried to lower it to 16C so that I could try to get the room cold to turn it off at night, but it never got 'cool' in the room- it was always at 'not sweating in a puddle' - so still hot but not dying hot. »

« The general quality of the service and the room is not worth the price. The service at the restaurant is very slow and the front desk doesn't understand simple requests. The room is not cleaned correctly and there is a lot of parties organized, if you want to sleep correctly don't take a room with ocean view because it's very close to the dancefloor. »

« Hadde et fint opphold her. Vennlig personale. Felles kjøkken med vann dispenser. Kun et kjøleskap som alle må dele på. Ikke mulig å tørke klær på rommet. Mulighet for å tørke klær i felles området. Kort vei til uteliv/barer i General luna. Stille Nabolag da det ikke er Asfalt på veien utenfor. Er ikke generator her, så hvis strømmen går er du uten strøm og wifi. Var her en uke. Det var litt lenge i siargao hvis en ikke surfer eller gjør annet. »

« The hotel is undergoing construction, which I was told immediately after booking a non-refundable rate. I didn’t mind the construction since I was mostly at my friends resort hanging out, but this is definitely not the hotel to lounge and chill. Staff is super friendly, rooms are super clean, AC is super nice and cool. One last thing is the first night there was a big dance at my party next door until 12am. So check before booking if that happens. It only happened my first night, I think...
