'セルフチェックインのホテルは初めてで、以前の口コミでチェックインの仕方がわかりづらいと記載があったので心配していましたが、特に問題なかったです。タブレットの問い合わせボタンを押せばオペレーターとすぐにテレビ電話が繋がり、迅速に対応してもらえるので非常に助かりました。事前にメールで問合せをした際も返信が早く、親切な対応で良かったです。お風呂の排水溝の流れがかなり悪かった点と、ベッドと壁の隙間にお菓子の袋のゴミが落ちていた点は改善を望みますが、それ以外は満足です。'

'Safe, clean, and quiet are what I care most. This place is very clean. Security is good. And feel safe around this area. Our room faces a busy road, noisy at night, I wear earplugs for sleep. 3 out of 6 rooms at each floor faces this street. Free shuttle to two main actractions and the beds where good , we all have a great stay with 4 in a grand suite, because I heard the normal 4 personage is a bit tiny. "Dit hotel kent een chique uitstraling. De kamers zijn wat aan de kleine kant, zeker wanneer je met twee personen reist maar als solo reiziger is het prima te doen. Het bed is een mooi groot bed en met mijn 1.93 zeker in de lengte niet te klein. Het matras was lekker hard. Iets wat ik wel kan waarderen. De kamer was voorzien van een TV met een beperkt aantal Japanse zenders maar je kon ook gebruik van YouTube of inloggen op een van de vele streaming aanbieders zoals Netflix. De badkamer was klein maar voorzien van een toilet/bidet met verwarmde bril. Ik ga dit wel missen in de winter in Nederland. De douche is heerlijk. De sterkte van de straal kan ingesteld worden maar over het algemeen wat aan de harde kant. Dit kan verminderd worden door minder druk op de kraan te zetten. Zeker een aanbeveling voor mensen die Osaka willen verkennen. Het is centraal gelegen nabij Osaka Namba station van waaruit diverse trein en metrolijnen vertrekken. "

"Where is the mono-rail, I asked. Without even a slught smike the attendant answered: Sir, that is our other airport. I immediayely apprecated the kindness. Of course I found the hotel, a good stay for the first night of msny, in Japan. "
