'This place was a gem. We only booked for one night of our trip but I wish we'd stayed longer. The food was delicious and sitting out on the deck watching the sunset was relaxing after a full day of travel. 'BEAUTIFUL!!! We decided on a last minute trip to the Big Island. We didnt really want to stay at a resort. So glad we came across Gingerhilll Farm Retreat. We stayed in Monkey Tree tent. The bed was so comfortable. Probably the best bed ive ever slept in besides our home one. We live on a farm so this place was a littler more noisy for us. Lots of frogs going off and a very abnoxious rooster that i feel needs to go in a stew pot.or be moved away from all the cabins. He starts crowing around...

'Litt dårlig standard med et shabby inngangsparti og uteområde, men rent og greit på rommet. Enkel men god frokost. Vi hadde fått satt inn bagasjen på rommet og da vi skulle hente den var det en meget sur person (vertinna ?) som pekte på et skilt som viste at her fikk man ikke hjelp før kl 15.00. Vi fikk heldigvis hjelp av en mann som pusset opp et rom så det ordnet seg. Vi dro kl 13.00.'
