Beautiful villa very well maintained, with flower gardens, swimming pool and two outdoor areas, each with its own barbecue for dining in the shade. This villa is eco-friendly, self-sufficient and self-sustainable with electricity from solar panels, a well and a water cistern. The villa is located close to the town of San Rafael (5-10 minutes by car) where you will find shops, a pharmacy, banks and very good restaurants, very close to the house there is also a charming restaurant where you can dine al fresco and have a drink.



This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

We consider this property to be accessible for our guests with reduced mobility, but recommend all guests to check the suitability of the property according to their own needs. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on one floor: - 1 bedroom with a 1.80x2 m bed, 1 bedroom with a 1.50x2 m bed, 1 bedroom with a 1.35x2 m bed. Air conditioning throughout the building and also fans in the bedrooms.



In the garden you will find fruit trees and the owners give permission to pick some fruit. There is also a pond with fish and frogs. The pool (11x5m) has a dining area, sun loungers and a Balinese bed, it also has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and toilet. And then an outdoor dining area with barbecue in front of the house. Complete cleaning every 7 nights, with change of bed linen and towels.
