Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service
We have booked a room with street view, and we were given a room with sea view.
Honestly, we don't need anything else than to relax.
After a few nights, we go to the reception because of being fully exhausted and complaining about noise as we have music and noise of the pool, bar, and guests until midnight.
We have tried long enough and finally went to reception. There, they said to be happy with the sea view, and the music stops at midnight.
We will not change you to another room anymore.
My comments that I want to sleep as from 22:00 (I am not Spanish) and wake up at 6am were answered "we can't switch off the music for you". No, but give us the room we have booked.
Don't worry, I sleep even at home 4 hours a night and wanted to get myself relexed. We will never return to this hotel because of the staff.
Upgrade the guests who spend their time at the bar but not a couple who comes to relax.
Apart from that, staff enters the room and starts cleaning when the sign is red.
The bed I am in is worn out.
But room 201 has a good view on the bar and sea.
That's what counts for 4 stars?
Just before leaving my wife killed a cockroach, I hope his family did not make it to our luggage.
I rate 1 only as no service means no quality.
