'Firstly the inside staff are nice and friendly. But this hotel has limited parking and it’s cramped. They accepted USD as equivalent security deposit which was good. The hotel is bit cramped and there are better hotels around penang, if you want to check that out. The staff ensures the room is in good condition before you leave which might irate some customers Who are not used to that. Overall all not bad. '

We love the swimming pool and jacuzzi area (except you need to bring along your own towel) which is facing such a scenic landscape view of mountains. it's also adjacent to the gym and table tennis room. There's a bbq pit area at the same floor. Last but not least, a roof top overview space. It's clean, spacious to just enjoy the view and relax. Or do even better, do your yoga. '
