10/10 recommend this as a first choice place of stay for everyone. Traveled with my in laws and the bedroom on the first floor was perfect as there were only a few steps to the main floor. Host was extremely helpful and communicative.

Amazing home and views

The neighborhood is so extravagant and welcoming. There is so much to see with the lake surroundings. So many different water fowl. Theres a little book stand on Jennie Marie. The house is so cute and has everything you need. From kitchen spices to laundry detergent. Its close to stores and there are restaurants in the little community. The host is very responsive yo questions and needs of guests. Id definitely recommend this home.

Six of us from the class of 1970 loved our stay. Cozy Cottage is in a quiet, scenic neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants are so close in the neighborhood and Kemah. We spent hours sitting around the fire pit and grilling. (Bring your own wood and charcoal) Our days included golf at Bay Forest, church at Gloria Dei, and tours at Lone Star Flight Museum and San Jacinto. A perfect place for a perfect weekend.

Just what we needed

We needed a place in Clear Lake Shores with one bedroom on ground level that takes dogs, and this place was perfect. Very roomy, well supplied, on a quiet street. And the price was right!!

Ladies Night

House is very nice. It is split level and could use some caution tape on a couple shallow steps. However, the house is very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is very nice. There's a great park down the street and quick access to Kemah Boardwalk. Our group of ladies would definitely stay here again.

Sunset Bungalow was such a cute house. It was perfect for our little vacation. the house had everything we needed and everything advertised. host was super easy to talk to and kind. enjoyed it was so close to the fun too.

10/10 can't wait to stay here again

This rental was cute, cozy, clean, and we all had a ton of fun here! It was so nice to get away and get together away from our normal spots. The host was always quick to respond and it was super close to Clear Lake Shores, like we walked there and the kids got to run out more energy at the little park there. We also utilized the bbq pit and fire pit provided. Highly recommend.

Cute home for my family and friends

Cozy cute place for my family and I, we hung out at the house and we loved just grilling out in the back yard and then chillin here. the hosts were super quick to reply to us and they were so nice. I think we will make this place a usual spot, thank you!

Cozy time in Kemah

The hosts were very responsive and helpful! We had questions about the area they helped us with. The home was such a nice little getaway for us. Us and the kids loved the fenced in backyard. The firepit back there was cute. The house had everything we needed and was somewhere we definitely want to stay again! Loved it!!

This property has a ton of potential, however, when we first arrived, we noticed at how dirty and how poorly kept the house was. There’s clear wood damage to the front of the house, grime and dirt. The front door when you use it should realistically be a digital pad instead of a physical key. The key would keep on getting stuck in the key hole and had to finagle it. As soon as we walked in we noticed that the door where the water heater was wouldn’t close. Potential hazard for little ones. Additionally, the house was not up kept. I could go on and on about the cleanliness and safety of the property. Dirt and dust on the floors, towels given had hair in them, broken back door sliding lock. Jumped into the bed and felt gross like something was crawling on us when we were sleeping. Found roaches moving in the bathroom and in the bedroom where we were sleeping and had to get rid of them. We really liked the location and proximity to all the local spots but will not be going back to this property.

Nice for a short trip

Nice little place. Back yard was in need of mowing and that was unfortunate as we had two dogs that needed the space. No shade as pictured which would have been greatly appriciated in the Texas heat. Bed was squeaky but comfortable enough. Plenty of room in downstairs bedroom for kennels and me. Overall it was close to home and would stay again if needed.

Superior Stay

Nice and clean. Very convenient and close to all stores and restaurants needed. We were able to go to kemah boardwalk multiple times. It was only 5mins away. Pet friendly also.
