« Check in was a little disappointing. Original 3rd floor room replaced with 2nd floor even though paid extra for upgrade. Champagne wasn't in room for the surprise arrival or bags. Apparently in level 3 room. So took the ambience & celebration out of the special event. One can not take back the memory. Was very disappointed in receptions attitude as well, even when tipped. Made it to new room only to have to go down to ask about champas. No apology just excuse of other room had an issue of...

« Very nice resort with a very good restaurant. The standard rooms bathrooms could be more 'luxury' or a 4* hotel, but overall our 1-night stay was very good. »

« The only disappointing thing was we didn't have a view of the Lake that it showed in the picture. We were able to get into the property earlier which was great. Lovely quiet spot. »

« I would have preferred an option to sleep on a western style bed due to my age [80 yrs] and not on a traditional floor setting otherwise my stay was a delight. »

« The property is devine when it comes to keeping heritage, the room was accomodating for 3 women, althugh 2 of us shared a big bed. Parking was easy. Staff are nice. Room was clean. i would stay again its walking distance to the convent and main street shopping »
