"The hotel is quiet and its location is convenient for transport, shopping . The only inconvenience is to find the right way to its room. We were given a room in the east wing but was asked to take the lift at the west wing. So we had to walk all the way round to get to our room. As we had two suitcase, it was quite a way to wheel them on the carpet. Still, in general, staffs are friendly and service was good overall."

"A little expensive for what you get. Location is ok as it is within walking distance from the Ferry terminal. A few good bars and restaurants around. The room was not real clean, lots of hair in the carpet and saw roaches near the coffee machine. Elevators wait time unreasonable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. "
