« The customer service was top notch by all the staff we encountered and dealt with. We were overall very happy with our stay. We went to CT, sadly, for a funeral. Knowing that, the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate and comfort us however they could. »

« Room 267 that we stayed in was rather dirty. The bathroom was horribly cleaned. There were pubic and butt hairs on the edge of the toilet seat. Long black hairs were stuck to the walls of the shower and the curtain, and there was a used hotel soap that had been opened and left dry on the soap dish after a shower. There were hairs resembling beard stubble on the sink countertop. However, the floor seemed relatively clean, and the beds were well made. The comforter and pillowcases appeared clean...
