'I traveled to Hollywood, FL for a business trip and stayed at this condo at the Tides. I had stayed at the Tides before and knew the location is fantastic.The VIP check in option was a pleasant upgrade from previous stays at the Tides. The communication from the owner and caretaker was very prompt and helpful. I would encourage anyone looking for a place with an amazing view that is situated right on the beach to rent this unit. I plan to come back with my wife and daughters.Dan'

'Mooi appartement met geweldig uitzicht over de oceaan. We waren van tevoren op de hoogte van de extra kosten voor het parkeren en toegang tot alle faciliteiten. Dat was prima. We kregen hulp bij het inchecken van Juan Carlos. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement is compleet en met veel extra’s voor op het strand. Enige minpunt was dat bij het douchen het water de badkamer in liep. Door gebruik van wat handdoeken hebben we dit zelf opgelost. Niet doorgegeven aan de verhuurder dus is ook...

'The property met expectations and was as advertised. The location is splendid with easy access to pool area and beach. upon arrival we were greeted by the receiving team and were guided rapidly and ably through the registration process. Beach umbrellas and chairs were available although we did not use them as the beach is just feet away from the pool area. All in all a great place to relax in the sun.'

'Lovely modern condo. Comfortable and very stylishly furnished. Everything you need is there. Well equipped kitchen, beach chairs etc. Comfy beds, lots of towels etc.Steps to lovely beach or pool if you want. No problem getting bed by the pool.'

'The unit appears to be recently renovated and the pictures are exactly what you get. Nice side view from the balcony of the beach. There’s a beach bar and restaurant next door with a few others in close proximity. Easy access to the pool and beach and the provided chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. Marc was very responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again! '

'We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great! The beach is close and the pool was nice and the gym was nice also. The unit could have used a blender. We had a couple questions and the owners were very responsive. We'd go back again!'

'My husband, son and son’s girlfriend came down to Florida for a quick trip early January. We had 2 full beautiful days. The location is great. The condo is on the 37th floor-which I loved but my husband who is scared of heights was not a fan of. The lady who checked us in was super rude. She acted like we were a big bother to get checked in and as we asked about info on the hotel she said “everything is on the 9th floor!” Due to a late flight we checked in around midnight. No one else was there...

'We stayed 6 nights on the 33rd floor. The elevators were extremely slow. We had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes just to get into one. The front desk told us the pool was open until 10p.m. on Saturday, but the staff on the 9th floor pool deck closed it at 7:30 pm. We were able to get a lounge chair and umbrella everyday on the beach, the guys out there are amazing. We did get charged extra for "administrative" fees, we have no clue what that was. 'We hadden geboekt voor een appartement met keuken en slaapkamer met kanaalzicht. We kregen echter een gewone hotelkamer met zeezicht. De kamer was wel gerenoveerd en zag er prima uit. Omdat we te moe waren, na onze vlucht van 10 uur en nog een hoop gedoe op de luchthaven van Miami hebben we niet gereageerd op het feit dat we niet gekregen hadden waarvoor we hadden geboekt maar het was niet zoals het hoort.'

"Een nette, typische strand acommodatie. Simpel, geen poespas, maar echt gericht op het strand. De kamers zijn niet heel groot, kleine badkamer, maar schoon en heel netjes. Op de kamer liggen 2 strandstoelen en een parasol voor het strand. Handdoeken voor het strand liggen beneden in de receptie. Op de boulevard en in de buurt zijn voldoende restaurants aanwezig voor ontbijt, lunch of diner."

"Unfortunately people can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel so it’s not pleasant for non smokers. The staff at the bar and grill at the pool were very rude and difficult. The rooms were very big and beautiful but our sheets were ripped upon arrival, we called to have them replace the sheets and they would send somebody but nobody came. We also asked to change the sheets the next day when the roomservice came by, they just made the bed with the same sheets again."
