This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub.
- Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and tv.
- Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and tv.
- Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed and tv.
The home has 2 additional bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs max 35 lbs each, with an additional Pet Fee of $125 flat fee. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
- Parking space for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway.
- The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The home is equipped with a security attached to the front door facing the entry way for security purposes.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.
