Welcome to Villa Lanterfant in Hoedspruit, the villa – as the name suggests – where you don't have to do anything except enjoy and relax. This luxurious 6-person holiday villa, with a magnificent view of the Klein Drakensberg, is located on Zandspruit Bush and Aero Estate. In the middle of unspoiled nature on a private property of 7500m2. The spacious and fully furnished living room has a sleek design with comfortable seating, a large wood-burning stove, a flat screen TV (including Netflix, YouTube, etc.) and a nine-meter-long sliding door that can be opened completely. This makes the living room, as it were, one with the outside. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, a 5-burner gas stove on the cooking island, dishwasher and two large refrigerators. Everything you need is there. Whether you want to cook or braai extensively, or enjoy a snack and drink by the pool. The villa features three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower. The master bedroom (king size bed) has a bath, from which you can look straight into the wilderness. The two other bedrooms can be furnished with single and/or double beds. Naturally, in addition to air conditioning, each room has sufficient bedding, duvets and luxurious towels. Step outside onto the spacious terrace with built-in braai, comfortable dining and lounge furniture, sunbeds and a (heated) private swimming pool. There is also a spacious boma for braaiing or simply lighting a fire. In the summer the terrace at the front - in the shade - is a good place to stay and in the winter it is a wonderful place to have breakfast in the morning sun. Wifi is available everywhere in the villa (via fiber optic) and the solar panels plus battery ensure that the villa is completely self-sufficient without the annoyances of the regular power cuts. Zandspruit Bush and Areo Estate is a paradise for nature lovers and adventure seekers. Only a third of the estate is built on, the rest is untouched wilderness, where nyalas, impalas, sable antelopes, zebras, giraffes, monkeys and hyenas roam freely. Here you can walk, run, mountain bike or go on safari with your own car (and cool box). Right in your own backyard. Kruger National Park is only an hour's drive away. The Panorama Route with Blyde River Canyon, Three Rondavels, Gods Window and Bourke's Luck Potholes are all easily accessible by private transport in an hour. For enthusiasts, the Drakensig golf club, the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre, the Hoedspruit Reptile Center and the "tame" Hippo Jessica are located in the vicinity. Game drive safaris in the surrounding game reserves are also available. Hoedspruit airport - Eastgate - is 17 km away, where car rental is also possible. The village of Hoedspruit is well-arranged with a few (well-equipped) supermarkets, liquor stores, souvenir shops and various restaurants. You can also rent bicycles in the village.
