'This beautiful historic home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. This location is convenient to the charming downtown district as well as a short drive to the Bristol race tracks. There are several wonderful restaurants to choose from that are very close to this location. '

'We had a great stay in Bristol. The house was lovely and filled with antique furniture. Everything was clean and the house was stocked with all the essentials. The only thing I would change is that all the sheets and towels were washed with very fragrant detergent and fabric softener.I just rewashed them as they provide a machine. I loved the house and location and would like to stay again.'

'Had a great stay at the cozy cottage! Eric & Patrice were the ultimate hosts and were able to help us with our stay at the last minute. We had our cousins come eat Thanksgiving dinner with us, and Eric put in the table leaf and provided additional seating so we could all enjoy a meal together. Such a special visit. Their home was clean and spacious! When we come back to Bristol, we will definitely stay again!'

'The cabin smelled like mild dew. The air conditioner filter looked like it had never been clean. There is mold on the ceiling in the big bedroom and the bathroom. The mattress in the big bedroom was hard. The lawn was over grown. The driveway should be something that you tell your guest prior to staying. 4x4 would be a good idea. If it would have rained while we were there it would have been very difficult to leave.'

'1st of all communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a more cozy, clean and comfortable place to spend the weekend. The cabin is close to everything you want or need with beautiful scenic mountain roads. The hobby farm animals were great. They leave dog treats for guest, which was awesome because we just fed them to their sweet guardian dog bonnie. She's the sweetest!! 5 stars all the way!!'

'This property was absolutely amazing! We all enjoy the view and the privacy of the woods. We really loved the cabin and listening to the creek run! I would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in this area! The check-in process was awesome and felt like everything was meant just for us! Highly recommend this place! '

'We came to Johnson City visit our son and watch some baseball at Milligan U. We had no idea what a gem we had booked. This cabin was perfect! It was clean, the bed was comfy, it has everything you would need in the kitchen and the covered porch was the best for willing coffee and watching the ducks float down the river. We hope to visit this property again.soon.'
