'We had the most magical trip! Bill is a pleasure to work with. The place is spotless and well set up. The location can’t be beat - nightly concerts, many restaurants, great pool and hot tub behind the place, and beach is walkable. We can’t wait to return!'

'I booked this condo for my boyfriend and me for his birthday. We absolutely loved our stay. It was very clean, and they even gave us cookies. There was a slight miscommunication as we were on the way to the condo, but it was not bothersome to me at all. They felt bad and got me a gift. It was the sweatiest thing. I would stay here again. It was small but perfect for a couple. '

'Condo was clean and updated. Had a nice size balcony with plenty of sitting. The area felt safe with security codes needed to enter pool area and buildings. Access to beach was convenient. Favorite part of the condo itself was it felt open and inviting with all the natural light. Covered parking for one car with access to carts for loading. Additional parking available outside of parking garage. Easy access to bikes and beach accessories.'

'Beautifully decorated, quiet street. Really lovely part of Rosemary. The condo was perfect. If we ever return to Rosemary we will definitely stay there. Just a warning though for people coming to the community... the police in Rosemary were very scary and we spent most of our trip watching them scream at children in the street and hunt them down in the allies at night from the balcony. It was a very stressful environment. I'm not sure if something has happened to make them like this but we...

'The condo was so nice and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of dishes, silverware, Keurig, etc. The pictures don't do it justice. It is so close to the beach, we never needed to use the included rides. Very nice neighborhood too! I went on several walks, alone, and felt safe. It is close to many stores and not far from the larger vacation destinations.'

'Unit was nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Complete kitchen assortment of silverware, dishes, and cooking utensils. Comfortable chairs and sofa. Easily located on the 1st floor with a nice view of the gulf from the nicely furnished balcony. We hope to come back.'

'What a nice location and perfect to enjoy Destin and surrounding areas with family. The managing team and very easy to reach and super service APlace is clean and has amazing views with sound of ocean waves all day. We enjoying the stay and family memories. Thank you again '

'I wish during the booking process I would have been informed of the loud music every night that can be heard in the unit form Redfish Taco. We probably would have looked at a different unit. Otherwise, it was a very good experience, and we plan to come back. '

'The location is perfect for easy access to the beach. The condo has everything for a relaxing vacation. The unit is really nice and does look like the pictures. It is smaller than it appears in the pictures. There is also no extra storage space in the kitchen. The unit was clean but the toilet had stains around the rim of the upper part of the toilet bowl. All in all we enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the beach.'
