« Very clean and updated house in a very convenient location. Nice neighborhood but close to highways and conveniences. Would be nice to have dressers or luggage stands in bedrooms. Beds seem to be listed in “European sizing”, meaning their “King” bed was what is called a Queen in US and their Queens are really full or doubles. But, beds were comfortable and area is quiet. Downstairs “suite” with bedrooms, bath and living room was great for our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 year old. Nice...

« My family has stayed at Yellowwood in the past and had an excellent experience. We returned again this time and had another great experience. The owner and property manager are responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is perfect for a family. « The entrance involved a walk through grass and tree roots-hard for a cane user in the dark. The mosquitoes loved my slow progress! A visit with an exterminator might be good as I killed several medium sized bugs in the bathroom. But the room was clean and met my needs. »

« We enjoyed the property. It was generally up-to-date & clean. We did find a blouse & panties in 2 different places in the house. The host was generally response, We had left the property for 5 days when we received a notice that we owed an additional $180. The condo is rated for 8 people & we had 6. This was a shock that VRBO will reverse. E »

« The farmhouse was charming. The host has done a great job of updating the rooms and bathrooms while still keeping the charm of an 1800s farm house. The location was perfect for visiting wineries, orchards and upscale restaurants in nearby Marshall. There were 6 of us and it never felt crowded. »

« We stayed at Gruner Bungalow during July 4th weekend for my father's 90 birthday and family celebration. Anita was a great host - responsive, accommodating to our needs, on-site support and truly and genuinely interested in the success of our celebration. The house itself was well maintained and more than adequately accommodated our family who stayed at the bungalow as well as those who participated in our gathering during the day and evening. The rooms were perfect in size and well maintained....
