Pas de régulation de la température de la douche. J’avais froid mais après demande j ai reçu une couverture en coton et au chauffage électrique c’était parfait! Le bar sert de délicieux cocktails le personnel est charmant »

« We really enjoyed the condo. The kitchen was very well equipped. Pretty much everything you need to cook meals. It was very, very clean. One of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. It was also in a very good location, close to a lot of restaurants and bars on main Street and Central to most parts of La. It was also extremely quiet. We would not hesitate to stay here again »

« The property is exactly as pictures depicted, and the host’s directive was easy to follow making access to the rental seamless. Garage parking is definitely an amenity: without it, parking could be a challenge due to the number of cars parked on the residential street. The unit’s description states there is no air conditioning; heating the space was a challenge. Adjusting the thermostat did not emit heat from the wall furnace. In turn, the space was chilly. Bottled water in the refrigerator...

« Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. It was very large and spacious and the pull out couch was very comfortable (so said our 23 year old daughter, hah!). It was also well equipped with all appliances and dishes you'd need...

« Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal. »

« We were displaced because of the Eaton fire. James was extremely responsive to our every message and provided a clean and well-equipped space to rest while we figured things out post-fire. We are very grateful for his kindness. What's great about this place too is that it has covered carport parking for two cars, so one doesn't need to struggle finding street parking. « The apartment is not accurately listed - it really only sleeps one person, not 3. The Murphy bed that is quite short and can only sleep one adult person at an angle. This was a bit uncomfortable, but would never have worked for two persons. You had to totally rearrange the oversized couch and other furniture in the living room to pull the Murphy bed down. The second sleeping space was a cot in a walk- in closet with no ventilation, next to a wall of built-in shelves. If I had counted on this...

« This was a great place to stay - view, space and location. We loved walking to the beach to watch surfing and volleyball as well as relax on the sand. We also walked the hills and boardwalk enjoying the architecture, gardens and ocean breezes on our way to nearby cafe’s. A short drive to downtown shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend. »
