"It was always my wish to stay in this nice lookin art deco hotel. The rooms were outdated but on the positive side very spacious. My room was on the first floor, close to the inner ring road. On the road there was an iron shut off on the sewerage system, every time a car passed by it made a loud banging noise. The mgmt of the hotel told me that the Community Council of Brussels city was informed but no action was taken."
